GIAM Identity Governance Administration HSA/HVBE Lead

The successful candidate will work as part of Global Identity &
Access Management (GIAM) in the Identity Governance &
Administration (IGA) space responsible for administering identity and
security access for user and functional accounts on various platforms,
applications and databases. This includes on-boarding/off-boarding,
incident/problem management associated with access entitlements,
certification, termination & transfer processing, as well as,
Emergency & Privileged Access management. The objective is to
demonstrate and evidence that we have a well-controlled access
management process end to end across the firm - from provisioning to
certification to reconciliation to revocation. The position requires
driving the HSA (High Security Access) and HVBE (High Value Business
Entitlements) projects with determination to meet aggressive deadlines
in the ever evolving Technology Controls environment and be part of the
multi-year transformation plan. The candidate would need to drive
multiple high visible critical projects and work with multiple
stakeholders, partner with various lines of business across the firm and
Engineering teams.





Responsibilities include:




+ Serve as the primary point of contact/escalation for any HSA/HVBErelated topics and supporting the LOB representatives and Steeringcommittee leads

+ Ensure ongoing automation efforts are delivered and drive a robustimplementation plan of the Access Management controls are met for HSAand HVBE

+ Participate in the GIAM roadmap to solve critical gaps and maturethe process and drive the effort into the new tools being developed

+ Drive the steering committee represented by LOB heads to provide the wide targets for controls to be met

+ Promote innovation within the team driving control optimization, process efficiency and improved client experience

+ Mentor the team, direct the team activities, and monitor progress,including project health, capacity planning and internal processimprovement.


Essential skills & Experience




+ 10+ years' Experience in the field of identity and access management

+ Excellent knowledge of IT Controls ,Risk & Policies

+ Experience in any of the Server management - Unix/Linux, Windows, Midrange, Mainframe, Database

+ Experience developing scripts such as Shell, Java, Perl, Python, or PowerShell

+ Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with business and technology teams

+ Good reasoning and logic, problem solving skills

+ To develop strong relationships with technology and risk partners globally and offer a risk opinion of matters raised during audits, regulatory requirements and ad-hoc queries.

+ Willing to adapt quickly to changes and priorities

+ Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline

+ CISSP,CRISC,CISA or other relevant certifications preferred
